By paying your invoice, you are hereby agreeing to my terms of service:

1. Contact and Information

 

a. Contact is created through the forms.
Add your discord/twitter/bluesky handle to it.
I will then contact you if I take the commission or not!

 

b. Feel free to submit a form at any time, I will give you a timeframe when it will be done!
(Current plan is 1 commission per week)

c. Harassment and haggling will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

d. Communication is to remain professional between both parties, especially in the experience of discourse.

2. Submitting your Form

 

a. When filling out the form, be sure to fill out as much as possible!

b. Base prices can be found above.

c. Additional charges will be made for certain things you select in the form! (Details on prices are in the form)

d. I will break down the pricing if any of the additional charges were selected in the Invoice!

e. Unforeseen events, emergencies or issues that prohibit me from working on a commission and delays progress will be communicated to my clients via direct messages.

4. Payment

 

a. Payment is to be made through Paypal via Invoice in EURO. No exceptions.

 

b. The complete invoice must be paid in full before I am able to move you into the queue.

5. Artistic Process

 

a. Once payment has been received, you will be moved into the queue.

Commissions are completed mostly in payment order.

 

b. By PayPal’s Terms of Service, I will deliver your finished work within 180 days.

c. I require my clients to contact me during the entire artistic process in order to approve certain details.

 

d. Demanding a large change after the texture phase will result in an additional fee to cover for time loss. Pricing for these changes depend on how drastic the change is.

6. Delivery

 

a. Digital pieces will be uploaded to OneDrive and shared via a link.

_{aI. *Substance files for textures of avatars will only be sent out after confirmation that they own the base.}

_{aII. VRM and VSF will send out first. After the test of the client the whole project will be sent.
aIII. Project files for the VRM will be deleted after a week of confirmation.}

7. Refund Policy

 

a. Once the commission process begins, a percentage of it is non-refundable. This varies depending on how much work is completed. If you wish to cancel your order, the following rates will remind non refundable:

 

For VRMs:
_{aI. Starting = 25% of the commission price
aII. VRMs = 75% of the commission price
aIII. Project Sended = 100% of the commission price}

 

For Textures (Ref. Sheet):
aI. Starting = 25% of the commission price
aII. Clean Lines = 50% of the commission price
aIII. Details = 75% of the commission price
aIIII. Textures Sended = 100% of the commission price

 

For Textures (with Demands):
aI. Starting = 25% of the commission price
aII. Clean Lines = 50% of the commission price
aIII. Details = 75% of the commission price
aIIII. Textures Sended = 100% of the commission price

 

For Textures (Complete Freedom):
aI. Current State of the Project = 30%
I remain the Rights to sell the Texture instead!

b. If I do not start your piece within 180 days of your PayPal invoice being paid, you are subject to a full refund at your request.

8. Disclaimers

a. I reserve the right to deny anyone of my services.

b. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone from commissioning me for any reason.

c. I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for reasons relating to Section 1c. Said refunds also follow the same non-refundable percentages stated above in Section 7a.

 

d. Commissioners must be over the age of 18.
